Our food safety courses are self-paced. You will have 60 days to complete the course and exam.
No, you can stop and start as many times as you like. Your course will be saved automatically from where you stopped and when you resume, it will continue from that same point. You also have the option to continue from the beginning if you like.
The exam has a time limit of 1 hour once you begin.
Upon successfully passing the exam and processing your payment, a wall-size certificate will be emailed to you within 30 to 45 minutes. It will also be available on your course account.

Yes, online food handler training programs are a valid way to earn your food handlers card. Please reach out to your local health department to determine whether they have any additional requirements for the food handler cards they consider valid.
No, you do not need in class training. You can get your accredited food handler card completely online.
You do not need to manually schedule the online exam. It is automatically scheduled for you once you purchase the course, so you are able to take the test 24/7 anywhere, anytime.
No problem, you can take the exam without any additional fees! After your first unsuccessful attempt, your second attempt will be granted after 1 hour, during which you are encouraged to review sections of the course according to your comfort level. Once you fail the test twice, you will be given the chance to retake the course before re-attempting the exam.
No problem, you will have up to one (1) year from the date of purchase to use the user license. Our internal licensing module will handle that for you.
No problem, we will credit their account towards another user.
